This is a naval warfare game, giving you a choice of either NATO or the USSR. The control scheme on the game is rather odd, as it appears to be designed in a pseudo-windows formfor use with the mouse, but doesn't appear to actually use the mouse. The arrow keys are used to navigate about menus, and Enter to confirm certain items. On the actual game screen, you can use + and - to speed up and slow down time.
