I came across the game on Vector.JP, where it's still available for download. It's a very basic space shooter, where you and an opponent (either hotseat human or CPU) moves around and tries to destroy the other ship. Animation is very low, although the ship graphics to at least flip horizontally to point the right direction. The controls are a little unorthodox, using the numpad for movement for player 1, and ; to fire. The author's provided README lays out all the controls.
