A CG collection starring Rei Ayanami. You just use the mouse to select the individual picture. There's a fair amount of lag both in loading the menu and drawing the images, at least in Anex86. They're particularly high quality, though, and are just MAG images on the disk. The text file on the disk describes this as the 3rd CG collection by RGB.
