This is a pretty nicely polished Shogi game in a pseudo-windows interface. You play against an AI player, and it has a variety of different variations of Shogi available. You use drag-and-drop to move your tiles, rather than clicking on them or the target space. According to the guys over at HG101.net, Something Good was an associated publisher of ASCII.
