This is an action RPG akin to the Zelda games, featuring a protagonist wielding either a brown sword or a stick. I hope it's not a stick, as that would make this game about beating scorpions to death with a stick. Amusingly, heading north out of the original town will take you into contact with enemies who can kill you in one hit. I'd suggest the west for starters.
