One of four rather confusingly similar games Hell++ released in 1995-1996, this one differs from Absolutely Mahjongg II' EG primarily by the user interface and the line-up of girls. Like the other games, the interface is quite nice and the mahjongg relatively easy (at least at the start.) Control is via the mouse.
