Despite the splash screen being in Japanese, all the game text is in english. You use the keypad numbers and enter to make bets, decide to hit or stay, etc. Some of the fancier rules of Blackjack don't appear to be honored; for example, a tie should result in a push, but just results in the dealer winning in this game.
