There really isn't a Celcion 1 for the PC-98… instead, the game originally came out a year or two before on X68000 and MSX, and this is an expanded version of the game. Even the menu seems a little confused… control scheme doesn't help, you need to move your hand, select the tile with space, then press the arrow keys to rotate the row or column. You can only rotate a row if all tiles are present, which makes it harder than a lot of similar games.

If you play "Normal" mode, there's adult content, but I'm not sure how to trigger it... getting to level 25 certainly wasn't enough.
