This is a (rough) parody of Alice in Wonderland, where you play a schoolgirl (presumably Chika-chan) sucked into a bizarre world. It's a pretty simple adventure game of the look/see/move variety. You control the game with the arrow keys and the space bar to make selections. Unusually for a game of this age, the creator's webpage is still up, you can view that here.
