Circuit Angel has some emulation problems, even with T98-Next. You can, however, see how the game is supposed to look over on YouTube. It's a racing game where you pick your female racer, and in the Scenario (Story) mode, battle other racers, undressing the other girl as you pull further ahead (and a full screen CG if you win.) Controls are simple enough; arrow keys to manuever, N to accelerate, B to brake. Besides the four starting characters, as you advance into the scenario levels, there's additional racers.
