This is a simple puzzle/action type game where your titular character goes around kicking candy (or other objects, if you change the graphics under "Options") into candy of the same color (or any candy, if you launch a black one) to make it vanish. Candy spawns in continuously, and you move with the arrow keys and kick with the Space bar.

There is a 2-player versus mode which has an odd take on the controls: the second player uses YGJB to move and Z to kick, while the first player uses the arrow keys... and Return. Space doesn't work in this mode.
