It's an RPG with a Ultima-style turn-based combat system, as well as some nice lighting effects in caves. I didn't play for that long, but given the size of the game and the lack of any visible adult content, I'd say it's most likely it doesn't contain any. This game runs too fast on Anex86, so you'll need to adjust the speed settings.
