This is a strange one... it's an RPG game which looks like it'd be turn-based strategy, from the layout and characters, but appears to actually be real time. The battle starts paused, and you can accelerate time with the first option, after giving your characters orders. This game was featured on a Takeru compilation CD for doujin games.
