A game where you play a train officer, attempting to cut down crime (by organizing trains) and catch criminals in the act. On any given turn, the game asks you how to organize the train, and then which of 3 crimes you're looking for. You then getting a progress bar, and have to stop it at the right time (with the right train composition) to catch the criminal. Controls are number keys, enter, and some text number entry. There's detailed game instructions in the README.DOC file on the disk.
