It's a "Raising/Training" simulation where you're in charge of 5 girls (as their teacher), who participate in tests, a variety of school activites, etc. I despise these kind of games, but I suppose the obsessive-compulsive types like them. This game would later be ported to the PC-Engine and Sega Saturn platforms.
