This is an interesting take on the strategy genre, and kind of a novel concept. You pick your heroine, either a red-head girl who never takes off her raincoat, or a tomboy who apparently can't afford a new pair of pants (and has a weakness for stairs)and set off on a battle against... well, kind of generic sci-fi creeps.

The interesting part, though, is you only directly control the girls, who each summon a guardian. Essentially, you control the support characters. Control is done with the mouse, and you lose the game if your heroine is defeated at any point.
