This game has you chosing sides in a show down at a japanese high school. Chose either the seifuku or cartigan/bloomer wearing girls and lead your team to victory over several levels. Game play is simple, but relatively balanced, and there are great number of girls to chose from. Girls who appear as players on one side become bosses on the other. Interesting enough, it doesn't appear to be an adult game.

An enhanced/remake version of this game called "High School War 23 Wards" was later released for FM-TOWNS.
