This is a rather nifty racing game with three tracks, all done in wire-frame graphics. You steer your truck (that's why it's "USA" maybe?") using the arrow keys,and accelerate with X (Z is reverse... when would you use that?) There's another computer controlled player racing against you, but there's no collision detection, so he's really just there as background.
