It's a tetris-clone with slimes instead of blocks. By itself, it's not that interesting… but this game has some serious problems with a number of emulators. Anex86 doesn't show the graphics (just the outlines) and the actual gameplay doesn't work properly either (slimes don't stack up.) NekoProject 2 appears to do even worse... half the text isn't there, and the game freezes when you start it. T98-Next appears to run it correctly.
Control is via the arrow keys with F5 to rotate. There's a built-in speed adjustment for faster machines that actually functions pretty well.
This game had a sequel, of sorts.
