You play a sauve, cigarette smoking gentleman who beats the pants off of ladies instrip hanafuda. There's an adventure game, as well as single matches, which feature 4 hentai scenes each, which are interactive (use feathers on them, kisses, etc.) For a hanafuda game, it's pretty hard, although it appears to be just straight hanafuda, no special abilities, etc.
