This is a PC-98 port of one of the classic roguelikes, Omega. It's version 0.75, so it wasn't of the final version before development stopped, but it appears to be all in English and quite playable. It has a number of interesting features, including a guild-based class system and an explorable overworld. However, it is a little difficult to get into, as the inventory system is a bit confusing, and the character tiles often not clear as to what they're supposed to represent. Arrow keys move, run into things to attack them in melee, and the ? key brings up the help interface.
