Technically, I think, you're the pretty girl's coach rather than the girl herself… but basically, choose your girl and it's a turn-based race, where you overtake, accelerate, etc each turn. The race is… very long, and a lot of turns, so I suppose the save feature is a mercy. No adult content, just various reaction and win/lose pictures for the girls.

It controls entirely with the mouse via windows-esque GUI. Oddly, the original dump's had a partial final track, but this doesn't appear to have contained anything.
