It's a CG series about the girls of Sailor Moon getting drunk and playing mahjongg, all done in a super-deformed style. Although there's a bit of nudity, the effort as a whole is comedic. Interestingly, there's no text, or even title screen or documentation with the disk. Space to advance through the images.

A reader fixed the issues with the images displaying, and now you can see that it does have a title screen, of sorts (There is a small graphical error on image 40 or so, however)
