This game certainly comes from a confusingly-named franchise (most of which is likely on the PC88) The previous game in the series is Ahodayon II Turbo. In any event, it's a space strategy sim where your different fleet groups are represented by various shapes. You select them with Enter, move them with the arrow keys (to occupy stars, fight enemies, etc) and end the turn by pressing "/" of all things.
