The adventures of Ken and his three anime babe companions, and long, long elevator rides. Anyway, it's an Action RPG you control with the numpad and X key to attack (or you could try the mouse, which is flaky). Escape brings up the menu with save and equip, which is important, as you start with gear, but none of it equipped. All the actual action levels outside of town consist of endlessly spamming enemies that honestly it seems better to generally avoid. At least Ken's health regenerates relatively quickly.
