The first in a series of mahjongg games by ALLEX that use the same engine (and have a variety of names, some collections title them "Pick Up Yadokari Eisei Housoukyoku" or even "Pic Up YADOKARI Broadcasting Satellite"), they feature our titular male protagonist against a new, well animated girl each time. In this case, we start against stereotypical magical girl Rabby Tonton, and obliterate her top upon finally winning by points. Controls are via the letter keys for tiles, and the function keys (F1, F2, etc) for pon and other combination moves. The game is well animated, but suffers from the emulation issues that all the games with this engine exhibit.
