A shareware shooter, and a very simple one. It's just five bosses, back to back, and what appears to just be arrow keys to move and Z to shoot. You only get a single life, and it'd be relatively simple if not for the poor hit detection. Be prepared to lose to a shot that wasn't even particularly close.
