First, don't get your hopes up from that title, it doesn't appear that you get to play a Rokurokubi. Missed opportunity, really. Instead, you're a girl (?) in a skirt who fights demons as she advances through dungeons. The combat is a rock-paper-scissors kind of thing where you pick between three weapons. Rather strangely, you can heal from dispatching monsters as well. Arrow keys move, Enter selects. You might have to slow down Anex86 for the combat a bit.
